Vincent Quartararo, Master Gardener, CNLP

Vincent is a passionate entrepreneur, dedicated to creating artful, innovative and sustainable landscapes. Vincent's enthusiasm and love of design are key to his success as a designer. He believes that the collaboration between an inspired homeowner and professional designer ensures spectacular results for even the simplest of projects.

His designs have been featured in various publications, including Luxe magazine and Architectural Digest. Recognizing that landscape design requires more than just plant selection, Vincent maintains an ongoing commitment to education. He has recently received a Master Gardener Certificate from Cornell as well as advanced training in a range of design specialities including lighting design, outdoor kitchens masonry and firescaping.

Senior Designer:

Mathew McGinley, ASLA, Leed Green Associate

Matt McGinley has extensive experience in landscape architecture designing and managing project across the United States, throughout Asia and the Middle East. Matt has worked on mixed use, commercial, large scale urban planning, government and institutional projects as well as high end residential and resort design for developers, wealthy landowners, captains of industry and royal families around the world.

Having grow up in western Pennsylvania with the largest nursery in the region at his backyard, Matt grew to appreciate nature at an early age. Having a talent in art since childhood, Matt developed his passion further studying fine arts at the university level where he received his first of three degrees. He later went on to earn a business degree from a highly competitive university. He completed his masters degree in landscape architecture along with a minor certification in gis at Texas A&M University. The combination of his education and project experience has give Matt the capabilities to create passion for technology and is versed in computer aided drafting, illustration, 3d modeling and rendering software.

Matt also is interested in photography (architecture and nature), still life drawing and travel. He strives to discover artistic qualities in all things and believes design and nature are a cohesive expression.

Sharleen Finnerty, MBA

Sharleen Finnerty brings to the team an invaluable managerial attribution. Her 15+ years working for C level executives has taught her to handle even the most complex tasks with grace and diligence. As an advocate for each client, she takes the time to treat each project with kid gloves and has put her studies and experience to the test on a daily basis.

After working for a high end residential builder on the east end of Long Island for 10 years, she knows the intricate details of what goes into a project from inception to completion. She understands the delicate balance of design and budget and provides each client with complete transparency and accountability.

Sharleen has also been a buyer of our furnishings and has partnered with some of the most exclusive companies worldwide to bring our clients the best in quality and innovation.
