Specializing in functional yet aesthetically striking designs, Christopher’s commercial portfolio includes large self-storage facilities, hundreds of quick-service restaurants such as McDonald’s and Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, office buildings, and retail spaces. His residential work features elite waterfront properties across Southern Long Island, Fire Island, Arizona, and New York, showcasing his ability to deliver stunning luxury homes. Lana Slutsky is a seasoned architect with over 35 years of experience, celebrated for her expertise in commercial, retail, and residential design. She holds a Bachelor’s in Professional Studies in Architecture and a Master’s in Town-Planning and Planning of Rural Settlements from the prestigious Moscow Architectural Institute (MArchI), providing her with a strong foundation in architectural design and urban development.

Her career began as a Junior Architect in Moscow, where she refined her skills in urban planning and design. After moving to the United States, Lana advanced her expertise at architecture and design firms in New York and Massachusetts, progressing from Junior Architect to Project Manager. These roles honed her versatility and ability to tackle complex challenges across diverse projects.

Lana’s extensive portfolio showcases her talent for designing and managing new construction and renovation projects, including commercial buildings, retail spaces, and single-family homes. She excels in preparing and reviewing construction documents, zoning drawings, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.

Mathew McGinley, ASLA, Leed Green Associate

Matt McGinley is a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience designing and managing projects across the United States, Asia, and the Middle East. His diverse portfolio spans mixed-use developments, commercial spaces, large-scale urban planning, government and institutional initiatives, as well as high-end residential and resort designs. Matt has collaborated with developers, affluent landowners, industry leaders, and royal families worldwide, delivering innovative and impactful landscapes that reflect both vision and precision.

Raised in western Pennsylvania with the region’s largest nursery as his backyard, Matt cultivated a deep appreciation for nature from an early age. A natural artist, he honed his talents through a fine arts degree at the university level—his first of three academic achievements. He later earned a business degree from a top-tier university and completed a Master’s in Landscape Architecture, along with a minor certification in GIS, at Texas A&M University. This multidisciplinary education, paired with his global project experience, has equipped Matt with a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic insight. He is proficient in cutting-edge tools such as computer-aided drafting, illustration, 3D modeling, and rendering software, seamlessly integrating technology into his design process.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Matt is an avid photographer—capturing architecture and nature—still-life artist, and world traveler. He finds inspiration in the artistic qualities of his surroundings, viewing design and nature as a harmonious expression.
